Unsporting Behaviour
Touring Car racing is a non-contact sport! I will be lenient over rubbing for position, however, the following is defined as unsporting:
-Persistant conact with other drivers to gain position
-Persistant shortcutting to gain position
-Impeding other drivers in qualifying
-Verbal abuse to other drivers (unless its friendly 'yer mum' jokes )
Qualifying
Qualifying will take place like this:
-Lobby is set to three laps
-On Lap 1, everone must orginise themselves to be atleast 200 metres behind the driver infront
-Lap 2 is the qualifying lap, this is where you post your time
-On Lap 3 you do NOT finnish, we stop near the finnish and the lobby host will ask each driver for their qualifying times.
-the times will then be sorted, and we will cross the line in the order the Lobby Host calls out.
Race Format
A 207 Trophy race event will have two races, the Sprint Race, and the Feature Race.
-Each race will be set to 25 laps, but we will not do the whole distance!
-The Sprint Race will be 15 Minutes long, when the race timer hits 15 minutes, the next time you cross the line after 15 minutes will be the START of your last lap.
-The Feature Race will last 25 Minutes, with the same rule applying. This race will also feature a Mandatory pitstop!
