APS Racing proudly announce that they will be joining the famous series after leaving the British Touring Car championship after a 10 year stint. "Times became hard in the BTCC, and as a team we felt we needed a few years break to revamp our moral and team spirit and we feel that the 207 trophy is a great oppertunity to do so", said team principle Andrew.

"We are bringing our single driver from the BTCC in, shery, he is a great consistent driver and has done us proud over the years, these being the reasons for him staying on for us"
The team is yet to find sponsorship, but have said that they are very close to a big backing deal.

After quite an absence, Ricky Ray Racing returns to the 207 Cup series, with aims of claiming that long eluding title. Triple R has come aboard with a little extra support. "Our new partnership with Valvoline, Newgrounds and Zantive are going to be a tremendous help during the season", said Ray. "We're still designing a scheme for Newgrounds, but we're proud to reveal the Zantive and Valvoline schemes for the #102 Peugeot 207. The Valvoline scheme pays homage to the schemes shown on the Sprint Cup cars in the Richard Petty Motorsports stables."

When asked about Triple R's chances against Red Bull Racing this season, Ray responded, "Its going to be tough, but if we put more effort into tuning this will definitely be our year. Tell Chad that I'm coming for him!"
